Funke’s Funkenweide Scala is a bit of an elusive firework to get hold of in 2025 as new stock won’t be arriving this year until late autumn, but it remains a legendary cake to anyone who has ever fired one.
This 25 shot category F3 cake with a whopping 675g of NEC produces some of the longest hanging golden brocades that we have ever seen in retail fireworks. Funke are renowned for packing huge effects into 30mm tubes, but Funenweide Scala might have the biggest breaks of their entire range. This is genuinely one of the most impressive fireworks the UK market has ever seen and is reminiscent of, but much larger than Jorge Fireworks’s legendary Enigma cake.
